Chrissy Teigen and John Legend are commemorating a significant milestone in their relationship as they celebrate their 10-year wedding anniversary. The couple, who officially married on September 10, 2013, followed by a lavish ceremony in Lake Como, Italy, a few days later, is gearing up for a weekend of festivities to mark the occasion.
Teasing the upcoming celebration on her Instagram Story, Teigen shared a snapshot of a poolside location and expressed her anticipation for the “10th-anniversary weekend.” Describing their wedding day as “the most perfect day,” she added the hashtag “#johnXchrissy.”
Teigen, 37, and Legend, 44, first crossed paths in 2006 while filming the music video for Legend’s single “Stereo” and made their red carpet debut at the Grammy Awards in 2008. After four years of dating, they got engaged in 2011 and officially tied the knot in 2013.
Throughout their marriage, the couple has welcomed four children. Their first two, daughter Luna Simone Stephens (2016) and son Miles Theodore Stephens (2018), were followed by daughter Esti Maxine Stephens and son Wren Alexander Stephens in 2023.
Over the years, Teigen and Legend have shared glimpses of their romance, from appearing in music videos together to documenting family moments on social media. In 2019, they celebrated their six-year wedding anniversary in Paris, where Teigen humorously shared a photo of herself sleeping on a chair while Legend stared at a laptop.
In 2022, Legend released a music video for his single “Wonder Woman,” featuring Teigen, who was pregnant with Esti at the time. As they approached their 10th anniversary, both Teigen and Legend shared photo carousels on Instagram, featuring snapshots from their attendance at Beyoncé’s Renaissance World Tour in Vancouver, Canada, as well as candid shots of their four children. The captions reflected their admiration for Beyoncé and highlighted the joy of their growing family.
